Dear biologist,

We would like to draw your attention to

a vacancy available in the ESTRO Biology Committee

  • Ensure proper attention to biology research and its importance for radiation oncology at the annual ESTRO congress
  • Advise the ESTRO Education Council on the development and execution of teaching courses with a biological focus

The Biology Committee consists of 10 members working with different aspects of biology research, spanning from basic to translation/clinical projects. The term of a membership in the committee is 3 years and can be renewed once. For more information about our members and activities, visit our website (ESTRO Biology Committee).

As a committee member, you will

  • work together with a highly motivated group of fellow committee members
  • be a spokesperson for young professionals at the start of their career in biology research
  • help organising our activities, such as the biology track at the annual ESTRO congress, the ESTRO Biology newsletter, etc.
  • spend 1 hour per week on average on committee activities
