To make a group booking, kindly review our Group Registration procedure. Please ensure you fill out the group booking registration form, which you can find here, and return it to events@estro.org.

IMPORTANT reminder: Each participant must register using their individual email address, as they will each receive their unique login for the ESTRO 2025 apps.

Please first become an ESTRO member. You can find more information about our membership types on the Membership page. Afterwards, send an email to events@estro.org with a copy of your student card  with validity date to .. from ... If not mentionned, please send a copy of an official document, stating the start and end of your study programme.

Please click on the [book now] button on the congress page and enter your details. On the next page, please select the Add Ons Only, and continue with the next step. You can then select your pre-meeting course of choice.

Please send an email to events@estro.org specifying:

a) Full name and email of the attendee(s)

b) Invoice address : name, full address, and VAT number if applicable (for a company). Please note that this CANNOT be changed at a later stage so please make sure the address provided is correct.

c) Your registration details. e.g. all days, 1day secifying the date, any add-ons (contouring workshop/pre-meeting course/social events). 

Your registration fee includes the access to the scientific session, the online platform and the exhibition hall. 

Please note that lunch is not included.
