Summary:

The Brain Tumours Workshop is a comprehensive and interactive in-person course designed to provide a deep understanding of the latest advancements and evidence-based practices in the management of central nervous system tumours. Led by expert facilitators, the workshop focuses on enhancing participants' contouring skills, interpreting MRI scans, and understanding guidelines for target and OAR contouring. Attendees will delve into rational concepts for volume margin setup, considerations for dose and fractionation, and the current clinical evidence in CNS tumour treatment.

Utilizing advanced contouring tools, such as the FALCON-EduCase platform, participants will actively engage in delineating cases related to Brain tumours. Online expert reviews of participants' contours, coupled with comparisons to expert contours, will ensure a dynamic and collaborative learning experience. The workshop aims to equip participants with practical, evidence-based knowledge that can be directly applied to their clinical practice. This in-person course provides a unique opportunity for interactive discussions with experts, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in the management of Brain tumours.

Summary:

Optimizing treatment accuracy is crucial in Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) for pancreatic cancer, as precision plays a pivotal role in determining patient outcomes. In SBRT, the treatment's success heavily relies on the accuracy of tumor targeting and the avoidance of surrounding healthy tissues, making the process of contouring highly significant. This intensive two-hour workshop is carefully designed to enhance and refine your contouring skills, offering expert guidance and fostering collaborative peer discussions.

Participants will be tasked with contouring a pancreatic cancer case in advance, allowing them to actively engage with the material before the session. These pre-contoured cases will then be reviewed and analyzed during the workshop, providing a unique opportunity for hands-on learning in a structured and interactive environment. This collaborative setting will allow for peer-to-peer learning, encouraging a deeper understanding of the nuances involved in pancreatic cancer contouring.

Throughout the workshop, participants will receive in-depth explanations of key guidelines and best practices for pancreatic cancer contouring. The latest evidence-based recommendations will be incorporated into these discussions, ensuring that the techniques demonstrated are aligned with the most up-to-date standards in clinical practice. Expert faculty will lead the session, providing real-time feedback and facilitating engaging discussions. These insights will help participants improve their accuracy, build their confidence, and ensure consistent, high-quality contouring in their own clinical work.

This focused, high-value session offers an opportunity to elevate your expertise in SBRT contouring for pancreatic cancer. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to apply advanced techniques, ultimately enhancing your clinical practice and improving patient outcomes. Join us for this unique opportunity to take your Pancreatic Cancer SBRT contouring proficiency to the next level.

Summary:

The Lung SBRT workshop is a comprehensive, interactive and case-based course. The aim is for participants to acquire and refresh their contouring skills and radiation oncology knowledge on the latest evidence in SBRT for lung cancer: selective PET/CT target delineation, guidelines for target and OAR contour strategies, rational and concepts for margin setup (eg ITV), the management of breath-induced tumour motion and ongoing clinical research. Participants will contour on a lung cancer patient and improve it according to the most updated pathology, imaging technology advances and clinical evidence supplied by experts.
