This talk will discuss the implications of working in departments around Europe as a RTT, during both training and as a graduated professional. In addition to the more obvious benefits such as expanding languages skills, cultural development and personal growth, the benefits for your profossonal career will also be discussed. Working in a clinic outside of your home country can provide the opportunity of learning different skills, being part of a different healthcare system and taking on different responsibilities. From this presentation you will gain some knowledge of how and why working around Europe, might be the right experience for you.
