ESTRO support policy is a procedure on how non-ESTRO scientific and educational events in the field of Radiotherapy and Oncology are supported by ESTRO.

To apply for ESTRO support please, choose the correct stage for your event from the ESTRO Support policy table below. For detailed description on what is included in different promotional packages, please use the link on the right.

Fill in and attach all the required information of the relevant stage’s form and submit the application to the Programme Manager, Eralda Azizaj before a deadline. You will receive a message to confirm that your application has been received and is in the approval process. 
Please, note that insufficiently filled in forms will not move onwards until all the required data is given.

Deadline for applications is the last Monday of every month. 

For 2024 the deadlines are: 29 January, 26 February, 25 March, 29 April, 27 May, 24 June, 29 July, 26 August, 30 September, 28 October, 25 November, 30 December.

ESTRO support approval process will take one to three months depending on the stage applied for and the appropriate deadline for which the application has been accepted.

This policy follows other policies of ESTRO when issues overlap eg concerning travel, ESTRO Travel Policy is followed.
