Overview: This session explores the positive impact of good leadership and how to achieve it. How can good leadership help improve the work environment, and the employee’s ability to perform and succeed? How do you make sure, that employees have the needed resources to be successful? What kind of role plays cognitive bias in leadership, and how can leaders structure meetings to help get the best solutions? This will be discussed, along with the yESTRO mentoring program from a mentor and mentee perspective. Finally, objective and personal perspectives will be shared on how leadership in ESTRO looks like.
