ESTRO 2025 Young Dinner

The Young Committee is pleased to invite you to a YOUNG ESTRO DINNER, on Sunday 4 May at 19:00-00:00.

The dinner is hosted to facilitate a possibility to meet other participants at ESTRO 2025 considering themselves young, in an informal, open atmosphere.

Registration fee: 45,00€, including:

  1. A pizza buffet

  2. Water, 2 beers or wines, coffee/tea

The bar is open until midnight with option to purchase beverages.

After the registration and payment, you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire with your dietary restrictions/food allergies.

Please note that the restaurant has a limited capacity, and participants will be registered on a first come, first served basis. For this reason, even if the deadline is 20th April, the registrations might close before.

Cancellation and refund

You may cancel your registration and get a full refund of the registration fee minus handling charges of 15%. This option is available until 14th April 2025. Any cancellation received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Please send an email with your request to events@estro.org.
