Session

Overview: In this session, Denis Lacombe, Director General of EORTC, will discuss various challenges in multidisciplinary cancer research. He will address randomized controlled trials, prospective registries, QA programs and the role of oncology societies in research. Josep Borras, will focus on the increasing role of multidisciplinary teams, their organizational aspects, contribution and role in value based health care, and on the implementation of networks in cancer care.
