Lijanne Otto-Vollaard, senior RTT, employed by Erasmus MC since 1993. She started at the radiology department and obtained her certificate as a radiological laboratory technician in 1996. In March 2001 she made the transfer to the radiotherapy department at the Daniel den Hoed Clinic, currently the Erasmus MC Cancer Institute. She obtained the certificate of a RTT in 2003. She works in the Palliative Radiotherapy Clinic, the CT scanner and the linac, but spends most of her time as an expert in the palliative clinic. Intensive contact with patients, diversity in work and collaboration with other professionals make this her favorite place to work. She lives with her husband Martin and daughter Eline of 12 years on one of the most beautiful points with a view on the Maas in Rotterdam. You can reach her via l.vollaard.1@erasmusmc.nl
