The General Assembly is the physical, electronic or written meeting of members of the Society, called by the Board, minimum being one physical General Assembly each year.
A draft agenda of the meeting will be sent no less than thirty (30) days, nor more than sixty (60) days, prior to the time fixed for the meeting to all Full members. They will have 10 working days to submit to the Board any other points they wish to add on the agenda. The Board will decide which points to add and will send the final agenda out at leat 5 days prior to the General Assembly.
The General Assembly is composed of members and the presence in person or by proxy of forty (40) full members constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business, and decisions shall be validly adopted by a simple majority vote.
Minutes will be taken to record each General Assembly and are available to all members.

The General Assembly will take place on Monday 8 May 2017 from 17:45 to 18:45 CET in room Stolz 1-2, at ESTRO 36 in Vienna, Austria.
All members are welcome to attend, only full members have access to the agenda, material and voting rights.
